Pricing and scope.

Standard side-pair kits start at $99 magnetic or $69 removable adhesive. NASA TT kits start at $149 with magnetic sides and adhesive front/rear pieces, or $109 all adhesive. Rules and fit review, a dimensioned proof and two rounds of pre-approval corrections are included. Specialist formats, extra pieces, static cling and installation receive a written quote. All prices are in US dollars; applicable tax and delivery are shown before payment.

Proof and dispatch.

Initial response is normally within 1–2 business days of receiving the request. Standard production is 3–5 business days after your proof approval, payment and material-availability confirmation. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding shop closures and US federal holidays. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Your written confirmation states the dispatch date; rush work is accepted only with an agreed schedule and price.

If we cannot meet the confirmed dispatch date, we will explain the delay and ask you to accept a revised date or cancel for a refund before shipment. Do not rely on an unconfirmed delivery date for a nonrefundable event.

Shipping and pickup.

Standard catalog orders ship by tracked ground service to the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC, for $19.95 per order. Oversize and specialist jobs receive a delivery quote with the graphics quote. Local pickup at WeWrap is free by appointment once we confirm your order is ready. Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, US territories and international destinations are welcome for a delivery quote; service availability is checked for the actual address.

International quotes identify whether import duty and destination tax are included. Any amount payable to the carrier or customs is disclosed before you approve the order. We do not promise delivery to an address a carrier will not serve.

Changes and cancellations.

You may cancel for a full refund before production starts. Ask for changes promptly using your order reference; changes after proof approval may alter the price or dispatch date. After printing starts, correctly produced personalized goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind, number, class or event. If a change is possible, we will quote it before proceeding.

Errors, damage and replacements.

Contact us with the order reference and photographs if your shipment is wrong, damaged or defective. Reporting within 14 days helps us resolve shipping damage quickly; this request does not limit rights that apply by law. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. We cover the return or replacement shipping for a confirmed shop error or defective item.

Our Race Ready correction promise covers printing mistakes and missed requirements within our documented graphics review. Wear, misuse, incompatible surfaces, lost magnets and changes after approval are not automatic free replacements, but we can quote individual pieces from your saved artwork.

Replacement faces.

A new laminated print can sometimes reuse an existing magnetic backing. Send photographs first: a curled, cracked, contaminated or damaged magnet should be replaced as a complete panel. We quote the correct repair, including shop installation where removing the old face would damage the backing.
