One material
doesn’t fit every car.

We start with reusable magnetic number-and-class panels for autocross when the steel mounting area and event are suitable. Adhesive panels cover applications where magnets cannot. Static cling is a limited option for suitable low-speed autocross use.

These are complete printed panels, not individual cut-out digits. A printed face can look similar on a magnet or adhesive film; the backing determines how it mounts and whether it can be reused.

Magnetic

NASA TT complete kit: $149

Our specified magnetic construction uses Magnum 30-mil magnetic stock with a printed, laminated face. It is reusable on suitable steel mounting areas. Your proof records the actual stock and finished construction before production.

Check the actual panel, not just the car model.
Do not bridge handles, trim, recesses, or a crease that leaves an air gap.
Plan routine removal, cleaning, inspection, and flat storage.

Removable adhesive

NASA TT complete kit: $109

We specify General Formulations GF 830 AutoMark Cast film with GF 831 gloss laminate for compatible automotive paint. Identify the paint, coating, wrap, or PPF before choosing the film and installation method.

“Removable” describes the adhesive system; it does not establish repeated reuse. GF 830 has a long-term removable adhesive. It is not reusable after removal, and the manufacturer excludes ceramic-coated surfaces. Wraps, PPF, refinished paint and other finishes need a specific compatibility review.

Static cling

Low-speed autocross only in this store

True cling has no pressure-sensitive adhesive. It needs a compatible smooth surface and careful handling. We limit this option to low-speed autocross and do not offer it for NASA TT, SCCA TT, or HPDE.

We confirm the exact film and mounting surface before quoting cling. It is not a universal statement that an organizer approves static cling. SoloPerformance treats it separately from reusable adhesive vinyl and warns that unusual racing or weather conditions may dislodge its product.

No universal MPH guarantee.

A magnet’s thickness, a laminate, or a static pull measurement does not establish a tested vehicle-speed limit for a finished kit. We have not published controlled retention or reuse testing for this product line. The actual construction, contact, airflow, temperature, finish, and installation matter.

Before you choose.

What about reusable adhesive vinyl?

That is a fourth material category, distinct from conventional removable adhesive and true static cling. Suppliers such as FireStorm offer purpose-made reusable vinyl. We have not selected and tested a reusable adhesive stock for this product line, so our removable adhesive option does not promise repeated reuse.

Is any option guaranteed paint-safe?

No blanket paint-safety claim is made. Refinished or damaged paint, matte finishes, wraps, PPF, and coatings need their own checks. The relevant finish and film instructions come first. Magnum’s finish limitations · An example of finish-specific vehicle care.

Can I return to an unnumbered street setup?

Plan removal before application. Magnets and suitable cling are intended for removal; adhesive graphics need the selected film’s procedure. Read our install and care guide before deciding.
