Information we receive.

WeWrapTrack is operated by WeWrap in Mills River, North Carolina. A review request supplies your name, reply email, optional phone, event, vehicle, assigned number, class, measurements, artwork and instructions. An order also needs delivery, billing and transaction details. Please avoid including payment-card numbers, identity documents or unrelated personal information in a request.

How we use it.

We use this information to research event requirements, prepare quotes and proofs, fulfill orders, respond to questions, prevent abuse and keep business records. Submitting a review request does not subscribe you to marketing. If separate marketing consent is requested, it will be optional.

Service providers.

Wix provides the hosting, request database and store services. Payment providers handle payment information through the checkout; the review form does not collect card details. Shipping carriers receive information needed to deliver your package. Website assets may be loaded from service providers such as Wix, Google Fonts and the WeWrap video host. These providers may process technical connection information under their own policies.

Browser storage and technical data.

The configurator saves nonpayment choices in your browser so you can return to your setup. Session storage can retain the cart preview. Essential cookies support the Wix cart, security and request submission. Hosting and commerce services may process device, browser and request information for operation, security and service measurement. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved choices and may reset your session.

Access and retention.

Review requests are stored in a private Wix collection with administrative access. We retain information while it is needed to handle the request, support the resulting order, maintain accounting records or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required.
