The kit starts with your registration and ends with a measured proof. Rules and fit review are included with every WeWrapTrack kit.
One setup.
Every required view.
Autocross, track days, time attack, wheel-to-wheel, endurance and specialist racing each need their own review.
Confirm the event and identity.
We check the organizer, program, host region, event date, assigned number and registered class. We use your registration; choosing a class here does not classify your car or reserve a number.
Record the actual requirements.
Your proof identifies the rulebook edition, relevant section and supplied event supplements. We separate mandatory dimensions from recommendations and record every required view, class mark and official decal.
Check the mounting area.
We request clear photographs, usable width and height, and the panel’s material and finish. We account for seams, handles, vents and curvature. Remote photo review supports a proposed fit; an in-person inspection is available by appointment at WeWrap.
Approve a dimensioned proof.
Before printing, you receive actual character heights, required stroke widths, panel dimensions, placement instructions, materials and complete contents. We do not shrink lettering below a rule minimum to fit a small door. We revise the layout or specify another permitted location.
Print, inspect and keep the record.
Production checks the output against the approved proof. Your job record keeps the artwork and material specification for future replacements. Official series graphics use authorized source files or the organizer’s supply route.
What’s included.
Standard kits include the initial rules and fit review, a dimensioned proof, two rounds of artwork corrections before approval, and installation/care instructions. Major redesigns, extra positions, official artwork preparation or installation are quoted before additional work.
We aim to respond to complete requests within 1–2 business days. Standard production takes 3–5 business days after proof approval, payment and confirmation that the specified material is available. Your written order confirmation gives the dispatch date. Complex series kits and rush requests receive their own schedule.
Our correction promise.
If we print something different from your approved proof, or our documented number-graphics review misses an applicable requirement you supplied before approval, we will correct and replace the affected graphics at our cost or refund those graphics if replacement is impractical.
This covers our graphics work. Event officials retain final approval. Vehicle classification, safety equipment, technical inspection, late rule changes, installation errors and changed customer details are outside this promise.
